• All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse (Villawood, NSW). Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same day. International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce. Once dispatched, courier transit times are outside our control.
  
• Returns must be pre-authorised by emailing info@inrama.com with your order number and reason. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• Exchanges are available within 14 days and must be pre-approved. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both sending back and receiving the replacement).
  
• Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items, or if approved under our 14-day return policy. Change of mind purchases will receive a store credit or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
