Shipping
- All orders are packed and sent from our Sydney warehouse (Villawood, NSW Australia).
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Standard and Express delivery options are available at checkout.
- International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.
- Please note: once your order has left our warehouse, transit times and handling are the responsibility of the courier.
Returns
- All returns must be pre-authorised. To request a return, please email info@inrama.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm next steps.
- We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Note: Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.
- Exchanges are available within 14 days; customers are responsible for return shipping.
- In the rare case your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.

How to Return
- Email info@inrama.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and confirm if your return is eligible.
- Make sure your item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Place the item in protective packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
- Once approved, ship your return to the address provided in your confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
- We’ll email you once your return has been received and processed. Refunds, exchanges or credits will be finalised within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must also be pre-authorised by emailing info@inrama.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new size/style required.
- Once approved, please return the original item following the How to Return steps above.
- As soon as we receive your item, your requested exchange item will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund (at your choice).
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges, including sending the item back to us and the delivery of the replacement item.
Refunds
- Refunds are available for faulty or damaged items, or if your return is approved under our 14-day policy.
- Change of mind purchases are generally not eligible for refund; in these cases, a store credit or exchange will be offered.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving your return.
- Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
