Shipping

  • All orders are packed and sent from our Sydney warehouse (Villawood, NSW Australia).
  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Standard and Express delivery options are available at checkout.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.
  • Please note: once your order has left our warehouse, transit times and handling are the responsibility of the courier.

Returns

  • All returns must be pre-authorised. To request a return, please email info@inrama.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm next steps.
  • We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Note: Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.
  • Exchanges are available within 14 days; customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • In the rare case your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.

How to Return

  1. Email info@inrama.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and confirm if your return is eligible.
  2. Make sure your item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  3. Place the item in protective packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
  4. Once approved, ship your return to the address provided in your confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
  5. We’ll email you once your return has been received and processed. Refunds, exchanges or credits will be finalised within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must also be pre-authorised by emailing info@inrama.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new size/style required.
  • Once approved, please return the original item following the How to Return steps above.
  • As soon as we receive your item, your requested exchange item will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund (at your choice).
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges, including sending the item back to us and the delivery of the replacement item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available for faulty or damaged items, or if your return is approved under our 14-day policy.
  • Change of mind purchases are generally not eligible for refund; in these cases, a store credit or exchange will be offered.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving your return.
  • Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
