SHIPPING

  • Orders ship from our Sydney warehouse (Wetherill Park, NSW).
  • Orders placed before Midday AEST (Mon–Fri) dispatch same business day.
  • Standard & Express options available at checkout.
  • International orders shipped via DHL eCommerce.
  • Once dispatched, transit times are the courier’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • No Refunds – We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only.
  • 14 Days Only – Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Without original packaging, exchanges cannot be accepted.
  • Exchanges – Available within 14 days. Customer covers return shipping.
  • Swimwear – Swimwear is not returnable due to health regulations.
  • Sale Items – Final sale. No returns, exchanges, or credits.
  • Faulty/Damaged – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos sent to info@inrama.com.au. If approved, you’ll receive store credit or an exchange.

  2. Ensure item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  3. Ship to the address provided once approved.
  4. Email us your tracking number to avoid delays.
  5. Exchanges or store credits processed within 7–14 business days.
