Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every order ships from our Sydney warehouse. Order before midday AEST, Monday to Friday, and it leaves us the same business day.

Australia

• Express Post with Australia Post: $15.
• Free express shipping on orders of $250 and over.
• Express Post usually arrives in 1–2 business days to metro areas. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

International

• Standard International with DHL eCommerce: $39.
• Free international shipping on orders of $400 and over.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. Transit times are set by the courier once your order has left us.

Something not right?

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email info@inrama.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you. Returns and exchanges are covered in our Returns policy.
